About the Property
The apartments are arranged in two storey blocks and will be built to a high specification to include a fully fitted kitchen with all white goods, excluding dishwasher and washing machine for which plumbing will be pre-installed. Construction will commence in October 2008 with completion in mid 2010. Payment terms are 50% on issue of contract and 50% on completion.
About the Resort
La Castella Bay Resort offers plenty of living space in a tranquil environment with no vehicle access to the central communal area. This features a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and a commercial centre including a sauna, gym and spa. The resort has private pedestrian access to its own private beach just 200 metres from the apartments. A new 150 berth Marina will also be just 200 metres from the resort. The famous and popular beach resort of Capo Rizutto is just 10 km from la Castella and the nearby cosmopolitan city of Crotone, an extremely important port and vacation centre, provides an eclectic mix of ancient history and modern civilisation. The regional airport of Crotone can be reached in just 10 minutes and provides connecting flights to the UK via Milan and Rome. Lamezia International airport with direct flights to the UK is around 90 minutes drive
